Trump says NFL owners scared of players

US president Donald Trump has guaranteed that NFL groups were "apprehensive" of their players, the most recent raid into a racially charged verbal confrontation over amusement time dissents.

Trump made the claim about the players - a lion's share of whom are African-American - subsequent to asserting to have addressed NFL proprietors, who are only white.

"I have such a large number of companions that are proprietors," Trump disclosed to Fox News in a meeting communicate Thursday. "They're in a case."

"I mean I've addressed a few them. They say we are in a circumstance where we need to accomplish something."

"I believe they're anxious about their players, you need to know reality. Furthermore, I believe it's dishonorable."

In 2016, players started taking a knee amid the national hymn to challenge the police killings of unarmed African-Americans and more extensive social treachery.

Trump has fanned outrage regarding that representative challenge by asserting it slights America and veterans.

That has just impelled more dissents, with a few proprietors joining their groups in taking a knee.

Ninety-four percent of the dark voters in a Quinnipiac College survey distributed Wednesday said they trusted Trump isn't fit to fill in as president.

About a similar number - 95 percent - said they didn't affirm of the way he is dealing with race relations.
