The episode first came into light when a Twitter client posted: "Just observed Varun Dhavan auto dashed a Honda City at Juhu tenth street."
Clearing any perplexity originating from the post, Varun tweeted: "The auto that is harmed is my auto. I had come to help somebody in my family, who had a mischance. I recommend you quiets down. For everybody asking, everybody in my family is fine and nobody is harmed. Much obliged to you."
Varun was most recently seen on screen in 'Dishoom', and will be back on the silver screen in 'Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya' and 'Judwaa 2'.
